Referred by my new dentist who couldn’t numb a root canal and sent me here..Pedram Khosravian and his assistant treated me very well. Worth every penny. I’ve been to some horrible dentists, so I appreciate the customer service and high quality. I was scared that he couldn’t numb it but he did not let me down

I have got to say hands down of of the best experiences at any dentists office I've ever been to. I'm terrified of the dentist but I still never really listened to my mom when she warned me to brush my teeth. Well, now I have to pay the price. I had to get a root canal and I think we all know and agree that those are never what any one would call pleasant. BUT......Dr. Pedram was fantastic. He was patient and honest with me. Gave me plenty of numbing anesthetics to make me comfortable. So comfortable I no kidding actually dozed off, although for a split second I no kidding dozed. But all in all I felt no pain after the few shots I was given. This place was wonderful and I will only recommend this place for root canals from here on out. Thank you for making what is normally an unpleasant experience tolerable and painless.

I initially saw another endodontist who told me I needed to get my root canal done right away. But when I consulted with Dr. PK, he took a different, more thoughtful approach. He explained that I didn’t need to rush into the root canal and that we could monitor the situation before making any decisions. His goal wasn’t just to perform a procedure, but to truly save my tooth and potentially save me money in the long run. What I appreciated most was how honest and transparent Dr. PK was. He didn’t push me into an unnecessary procedure, and instead gave me clear, straightforward advice. Even without a deep understanding of dental terminology, I felt confident in his explanation, as he made everything easy to understand. His care and attention to detail were obvious, and I never felt like he was simply trying to charge me for something I didn’t need. Dr. PK is genuinely invested in doing what’s best for his patients, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an endodontist who cares about both your health and your wallet.

Came to Dr. Khosravian for a second opinion and he recommended we move forward with the root canal. He was able to take care of it the same visit and was QUICK. Being an anxious person, I was immediately uneasy and nervous and he helped put me at ease. He was patient, understanding and kept checking on me throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and I’d definitely recommend!

When we first arrived the staff was very welcoming and professional. Dr. PK came in and explained everything to me. Procedure went well and I didn’t feel a thing. After procedure I have had very mild to no soreness. Next day went to work and did not need any pain medication, and my tooth feels great. If you are facing having a root canal Dr. PK did a wonderful job I highly recommend him and Round Rock Root Canal Specialist. Sincerely, Alan Hall
